    After reaching out to confirm proper part would be shipped and them claiming “I have 60 of them” they shipped the incorrect part. When I reached out to return the item they told me to “go away!” They did ultimately refund me, but the overall experience was terrible and the seller is very rude. You got your wish, I will never buy from you again, and no one else should either.

    These guys are not cool! I ordered this part by mistake (my mistake). I was unable to cancel the order before it arrived here. I contacted the seller requesting return authorization for the un-opened bag. They told me "all sales are final". I told them I am not happy with that and they told me that I should "go away". AND, The item is a delicate electromechanical part, and they shipped it in a plastic bag instead of a box with padding - bogus...

    How eBay allows people to do this is beyond me! You ordered by mistake. I do not accept returns for orders by mistake. Do you research then order! I sell used snowmobile parts. Unbelievable!
