Items arrived on time and well packaged and as described, there was a problem with 1 of the phones and it wasn't working properly but the seller did communicate well and exchanged it immediately with a replacement which seems to be fine, only small negative issue I would have is I had to pay for the postage to return the faulty item, but overall a good experience and a professional seller to deal with. Phone came in the wrong colour (package says rose gold, which is what I ordered, it's actually space grey) and was four days late. I know it's December but I ordered two other packages on the same day as this phone that came in the 2-3 days as advertised just fine. I'm saying neutral rather than negative as the phone is fine (not a scratch on it!) and I am happy with it, the seller just needs to be more proactive with the postage and checking the product is as ordered.
