    Phone arrived quickly just in a buble wrap envelope and a cardboard sleeve. In good condition as advertised. However, USB cable and screen protector not included. SIM card pin was. Contacted seller re missing items but no response, hence you lose a star.

    Unfortunately I had to return the phone as it had scratches and damage at corners (possibly was dropped), however it came sealed(re-sealed) and safely packed. It was listed as brand new. It worked though but I aimed to give this phone as a present I was not able to do so for damages. I found it expensive for what I received (quality not OK). Sellers was communicative, willing to help, offered replacement but I asked for a refund. I also received return label and refund came back quickly

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a green phone, advertised as new. When it arrived, it was white, and had several scratches. I was offered £10 2 days after my message about the scratches by which time I began a return via ebay. I ordered another phone the same day as I began the return, but through a different ebay account. Unfortunately, it actually turned out to be the same seller with a different ebay account!
