  Seller clearly forgot to dispatch item even tho item was marked as dispatched when questioned about the item after eBay’s grace period then the item was dispatched asked to cancel but item was sent anyway. Item has now arrived 13ft after purchase, poor customer service and bad communication would avoid seller and just use someone else

  Recommend check your item description carefully before buying, not least as you might need eBay to intervene to get a refund. Bought a wi-fi signal booster. When delivered it had USA pin configuration so couldn't be plugged in without an adapter. The item description hid the pins but did show it plugged in to a mains socket without an adapter, so misleading. Sent it back but had to ask eBay for intervention to get a refund. The seller didn't reply to an email I sent them. They deserve no stars.
