1st filter as described came damaged .replacement filter not as described different sort wasn't thetford arrived damaged was asked to return both for refund . Not happy having to pay for return of damaged products for refund out of my pocket.But seller has communicated well .May be just postal workers bad handling of packages. Or not pack well enough for the rough handling of postal workers even with fragile tape clearly marked on them
