This item does not work on my MacBook Pro. The sellers description did not specify the exemption, as is stated on the packaging, that this item only works on MacBook 12 inch, MacBook Pro 2019/2018/2017/2016. My MacBook Pro is 2012. This item does not work on older MacBook Pro, something the seller should have clearly specified. I contacted the seller but have received no reply. I would like to return this item and to receive a refund.

Ordered a battery case for an iPhone. Seller said that it had been dispatched, had a Royal Mail tracking number which came back as seller hadn’t dispatched yet. Waited. Delivery day passed. No reply from seller to my message. Just changed the delivery status. Eventually said I was getting a refund. I await that time. Caveat emptor.
