The rug I bought from these people was paid in UK pounds as on my bank records. Previous Ebay purchase also substantiated. As, the next Ebay transaction. However, there is an UNSUBSTANTIATED sum my bank cannot account--for this date . The amt. more than half the price of the rug. The company apparently is in the U.K. However, the package arrives from Karachi--by way of the U.A.E.. The bogus amt. has not been returned. My bank is investigating. I urge others to stay clear, & shop elsewhere!

This was the most appalling experience I have ever had with eBay from a seller, nothing less than a scoundrel. The images were far sharper/cleaner than the item that arrived, it reeked of the dirt it was full of, having not likely been cleaned in its lifetime. I went through the return process, denied return postage and no support from eBay at all. Then not given the sent postage and the return sales price was reduced from the actual amount by GBP100. With no support so far from eBay.
