Easily the cheapest roof rack top box ever and the best quality and condition and the seller was a true gentleman. I don’t usually document my purchases with this much detail but eBay won’t allow me to continue until I’ve completed a massive review which is why I’m padding a lot now.     item arrived badly so packed, plug was broken so had to buy a plug to test it out, said it was working, when asked for part refund to buy a plug seller totally refused & said it was sold as seen, l wished i read his feedback will next time on all sellers,

    Was sold at a discount, apparently plug got bent on delivery asked for proof but they wouldn't show it just said they had cut the plug end off and ordered a new one and wanted partial refund. Then kept asking about a manual that was never included. Think they just wanted to get it cheaper as I said they can send it back for a full refund but refused to do so has been reported
