    Uesd BT Essentials DECT phone arrived eventually but no tracking number as promised or correspondence from seller if it had been sent so slightly marked down and I was starting to wonder if it had been lost? As initially delivery was marked as Evri but then arrived 2nd class post 📫. But I guess as a large reseller time is of the essence. But unit works great sofar, so my 83 Mum is happy in the end 😊 as a replacement phone. Thanks Garry
