  The seller shipped this cross USPS on 6/3 the same day I purchased it. Due to the nincompoops at USPS who sent it to Houston from Dallas and back again it took 6 days to get to me instead of 3 days. That being said it arrived in good condition. The cross is as described and very pretty. The seller included a chain which I was not expecting. I am very pleased with my purchase and the seller.

  My suggestion is to either use smaller envelopes, thicker envelopes or add a piece of cardboard in to the ones you use. I think the problem with your packages moving through usps is that you had this tiny (very well wrapped..Thank you!) package in a floppy envelope, when it arrived my address was all bent up as if it just gets stuck in the process because the envelope probably wraps itself up and the shipping label may get covered up and not scanned initially. My opinion only. Earrings are a 10!
