    When the seller didn't ship. I requested cancellation. Seller refused. Seller lied about shipping from the U.S. (I only buy products shipped from the U.S. because shipments from China take forever and you never get what you expect. I guess Trump was right) When the item FINALLY arrived, it's actually a total piece of trash. Worst experience I have EVER had with something purchased on eBay.
