One of the firebricks came broken They could not get a replacement so they did a partial refund so I could buy my own locally They wanted a photo of what I was going to buy as proof of price I was happy to do this They received a photo and refunded next day . The broken part was damaged in transit so happy with result. The stove is very good and I would buy from them again
