Item was only dispatched more than 2 weeks after the expected delivery date despite multiple messages to seller asking when it would be posted and that the birthday it was intended for had now passed. Seller continued to ignore all messages and the eBay case which was opened then sent the item anyway. I am now waiting for return. Very poor seller, complete time waster and still no reply to messages. Bad experience. AVOID!
