These 4 lipsticks arrived somewhat melted and smeared as if they had been previously used. I immediately contacted the seller and sent photos but never received a response. I have wasted $25 because I do not want to use pre-worn or old lipsticks. I requested a refund from the seller but again, no response.

Received 4 lipsticks from the seller. All were smeared as if they had been used previously. Two had melted into their clear cap and 2 had separated from their inner moisturizer.
I contacted the seller yesterday as soon as I opened the package. I sent 2 photos of the lipsticks. I have requested to return lipsticks and receive a refund. I have not heard back from the seller.
