  I have shipped the item in a brand new home depot box after purchasing from Home Depot. As I had promised in my listing description . I also posted many pictures what’s included. I try to contact my buyer to find out the reason for neutral feedback. But i didn’t receive any reply. I am sure I don’t deserve neutral feedback. I try my best to keep good relationship with my buyers.
