  Unfortunately my order didn't make it through Australian customs, despite the fact that this type of product is available here in Australia over-the-counter and unrestricted at any rural or pet supply store as well as online at Australian based websites. Customs returned the package to the seller. The seller contacted me promptly and also issued a refund promptly. Both the communication and customer service from this seller were excellent and I would definitely deal with them again any time.
