My husband mug from disneyland broke so ordered a replacement. The mug itself was amazingly packaged but when I took mug out it was chipped. Due to how the mug was packaged it must been chipped before boxing up. For the price of the mug i thought i had every right to complain. The Seller apologised and advised me send it back and they send out a replacement straight away instead they sent me a refund. I messaged asking why and they ignored me. Poor communication and poor attention to detail.

We have received the return but eBay only offers the option for a refund also we didn't receive any message from you after the refund so we assumed you didn't want a replacement any longer. We don't send anything chipped as we check everything and if it did go chipped was a genuine mistake because we don't work like that. We sell mugs every day, send them all over the world and always they arrive in pristine condition so we do good customer service and have attention to detail.

Item arrived damaged with a big chunk out of the handle. Looked like it was already like that before sending as it was actually packaged really well and the missing chunk was not in the box. I asked seller for a replacement and they agreed to send it upon receiving my return. Seller did not send a replacement as agreed but did issue a refund. As it was for a birthday present, I needed a replacement not a refund. I have now purchased it again from another seller instead! I won't use again.

Just to clarify we pack everything the same way and if the mug was sent like that it was a genuine mistake as we didn't see the chip on the handle so if you got that impression my apologies but as you can see from my reviews we go beyond good to make sure customers get excellent service every time.
