Unfortunately the straps were lost by the courier ( evri ) on two occasions not the sellers fault The seller was helpful in sending out a replacement which has now arrived ( Royal Mail) and through the whole process of trying to find out what went wrong was helpful and polite. I would definitely use this seller again. Highly recommended Greg
