    Exactly as described. The shipping company delayed the delivery, but this was NOT the sellers fault. In fact, I contacted the seller to notify them of the delay, and they offered to send a new map. We gave it more time since it was the holidays, and it arrived about two weeks late. I was impressed by their willingness to immediately correct the issue, even though it was not their fault. This is outstanding service and I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

    Unfortunately USPS managed to lose the package for a couple days then deliver the box heavily damaged with tape holding the box together…. Def not your fault… but unfortunately the map is pretty messed up.

    Documents were shipped in poor Container - and damaged on arrival. Multiple attempts were made to contact seller - they answered initially and never sent replacement as they indicated or issued a credit. Three more attempts to contact Ancient City were made w no responses. While the product seems great, the customer service was quite poor. Buyer beware.
