Supplier sent wrong colour when I contacted them asking to return and to send correct colour out, they offered a 10% refund which I refused and asked again for the colour I ordered and paid for to be sent! They said to keep one I had and they would send the correct one out - 6 weeks waiting and still haven’t received what I ordered and paid for.
Customer service is poor and supplier is poor.

Nice bottle cages with no shop packaging (unlike photo). Very light and fitted bike perfectly.
One hiccup as listing says 2 cages, and initially only 1 arrived. Seller quickly responded to message and agreed to either send another or refund 50%. Second cage arrived a few days later, so overall positive experience and reasonably priced.

Package arrived quickly but only contained one of the 2 bottle cages and not as shown on the advert. The seller responded quickly and sent another one however the courier (Yodel) delivered to the wrong address. The cages themselves appear good and will be put to the test during ultra long distance cycling.
