My Heat Link had died whilst in storage, and Andy got it working again in record time. Received back very well packaged and fully working.     I contacted Andy direct to supply my fault symptoms. I.e standby light goes on/ off. Sometimes switches on if power held. But sometimes had to unplug mains to reset tv. Andy assured me it is the known fault on LG'S as per LG Forum. Sent off Monday turned around fixed back on my wall today ( Friday.) Superb service. Thanks Andy 👍
