I'm confused by this feedback. I've been in total communication with this buyer. Tracking shows "Thu, Mar 28 4:36pm delivered, In/At Mailbox PALM BAY, FL 32909". I've provided tracking and have even gone to the USPS site to assist them in finding where it was delivered. This is unfair feedback as it's not my fault and I've been extremely helpful.
