The item I received was not 10.2 which is shown on the packet on the seller’s website. I have used this advertised Schwarzkopf product for years, but the dye I received from this seller turned my hair mouse brown/grey. In numerous email exchanges he oscillates between offering a refund and telling me that the item was delayed in the post. Thus he suggests that it has been both delivered and not delivered - both cannot be true. I’d strongly advise using this seller.

Item not correct with description, after a few emails I send back wrong item (I wanted correct items, not what I`ve received) and seller claim he resend correct item. After another few weeks and email seller claim there are some delays at the post office. Another few weeks and I claim for refund. Item to this day did not come to me. Overall I lost half of the price of item just to send back wrong one. NOT recommended!!!
