    Took very long to deliver, today (24/8/25, dispatch date was 17/8) when it arrived, it had a date of expiry on label ontop of the box stating 31/7/25 and inside on the box itself was 11/3/2030 ! I hope the product is in the original box and the latter expiry date is correct!

    OKish. Dispatch may have been quick, but EVRI were very slow to deliver. Also some soft packaging would help. The box was very battered, although the item seems to be working OK. Not quite as described. The smoke alarm does not use a 9V battery, it is a 3V model.

    Ordered 3 dog chew balls and 3 balls of the wrong size complete with flashing lights was delivered, late by Evri. I replied that they were not what I had ordered, sent photos and required a refund. The initial reply was an offer for me to retain the wrong purchase and they would give me a 50% refund. I assked them to send a prepaid return label and they further advise that I should return them myself, they were to refund cost, the address was in China. I have cancelled the return. £6.65 my loss
