    I ordered rosin powder, described as a fine powder in the description. I received rosin rocks, no use to me as I don’t have a mill. Contacted seller, received another bag of rosin rocks. Contacted seller again, told they’d instruct warehouse to send powder. I’ve received nothing in the 13 days since then and no replies to further messages I’ve sent. Now trying to get my money back through eBay.

    Arrived on time but sending out with a label on the product packet without even putting in a poly packing bag is poor. secondly i think the product is priced too high as the amount of leather used is minimal with moulded beige plastic and a thin piece of foam under the sole, they are as described but not sure of pricing.
