    Buyers should be aware that the courier does not unwrap item, the 2 delivery men could not speak a word of English. Our sofa was in 2 parts which we were not told that we had to put together ourselves, we are aged 78 and 82, had to get help, very heavy. saying this we are delighted with the sofa, it came well wrapped!!! very protected. and arrived within 3 days and we were informed of delivery every step of the way. Would advise to get your own quote for delivery unwrapping/ putting together.

    Please accept our apologies once again, had we known of this issue prior to sending the sofa out with the courier we would have made alternative arrangements and requested the courier help with unwrapping and putting it together. We do appreciate the positive feedback under these circumstances and so pleased that you are happy with the sofa. Thanks once again for your understanding.
