There was a trouble with a faulty headphones (anc) however sending it back and getting ones that work was much appreciated. The headphones at first did come with a box and case however they only sent me the headphons sadly with a small charger while the first time they sent it had everything. They seem to contact often which is good. Other then the first issue and not having a case they seem every kind and helpful.

 I received my item for my cat. She could not wait for Me to get out the package so she can play with it. It comes with a little feathered bird and some feathers. I know now she gets bald with one. I can put the feathers on as well, I would recommend this to anybody what’s got cats, it was on the floor. It’s gonna suck the company sent it to me, thank you.
