  The item had been inspected (possibly by customs during transit as it was delivered with holes in the packaging, but luckily no parts were lost). One of the caged bearings was a bit damaged, but the supplier was very helpful and quick to offer fair reparation. I would purchase from this supplier again.

  Since my earlier feedback I have had contact with the seller and was advised that the photo of the damaged goods I sent was not sighted. . The adequacy of the packaging or whether the handling in transit is the reason for the breakage is debatable However the seller has offered a refund, which is greatly appreciated. I am happy to conduct future business with this seller. (A note to seller, ONLY TWO of the ramekins were broken)
