The delivery company tracking shows they collected the item on 14 July, initially for delivery on 16 July. It did not arrive. The tracking shows a failed delivery attempt at a specific time on 21 July when I was indoors an no one called. It was delivered today (22 July) by being put through my letter box lending weight to my belief that no previous attempt was made.

My only gripe was the delivery was later than the window the seller said and the delivery company didn't even ring the doorbell even though we were in the house. I went outside to look for the package and found it in the mailbox which was fine. When I looked on my video footage on my doorbell I realised that the driver made no attempt to ring the bell at all and the delivery was an hour earlier. Also 6 days from dispatch to delivery!
