DVD was described as being in "Very Good" condition, but arrived loose in case. It had some scratches obviously from being loose, but also some scratches and marring, which were already present before shipping. The condition should have been "Good" and not "Very Good". That said, seller worked with me on the price, when already cheapest on eBay, for this item. Communication was prompt and shipping was super fast. The scratches weren't enough to affect playability. I ordered a season of a series, with five discs. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I felt as though the discs should be rated good and not very good. Every one of them has a scratch, albeit minor. They all played perfectly, so I can say that I did receive the product that I ordered, which is why I'm giving the item description five stars. My expectations could be higher than what the standards are and I acknowledge that. I would buy from this seller again.

The item had been damaged while in storage so the seller was not going to send it to me and immediately refunded me the total purchase price and shipping price.
