You paid $679 for a large 19th-century antique. To ensure its safe arrival, we paid $400 in a white-glove shipping. As stated in the listing, white-glove delivery can take 3-4 weeks due to the care and coordination involved. In this case, the driver delivered the cabinet within just two weeks, well ahead of schedule. Leaving negative feedback under these circumstances unfairly harms a small business that went above and beyond.
