    Hi there! I originally ordered 4 strips of anti slip for my 4 outside wooden steps then realised I could do with 2 strips on each tread so I went into my purchases and reorder clicking the buy again! But they was a problem with the order so I only got 1!after contacting them! They sent me the other 3 free of charge and postage paid which was brilliant but they didn't really need to do that as it's eBay that's at fault because when you click to buy again it reverts to single item! So topnotch guy
