  First of all delivered without a battery! and there was no Extension pole with it as all the advertising said there was one photos included !! Then they offered a £5 refund ... then upped it to £15 for something that was both incomplete and didn't work as there was no battery!! They finally sent a return label but didn't refund for weeks till they checked it arrived I had proof of delivery ! (i sent it to them ) finally got refunded ! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR!

  Sadly doll was not as advertised. However she was still very cute, in perfect new condition and good vinyl quality. After communicating with the seller they agreed to a partial refund which made the doll a good price for what i received.
