But packaging needs more thought: a box designed for 4 of the 500g boxes was used, with no padding to prevent the 3 (total 1.5kg) rattling around. On receipt the outer box was split, the contents visible and a small amount of the powdered cleaner had leaked from 1 dented box. Miraculously the contents had escaped rain and/or more spillage in transit so no serious mess ~ thanks to Evri!

    The item supplied was new and well packaged but it was not the item depicted in the listing and was incapable of doing the job it was bought for. The seller appeared reluctant to take it back and give a full refund. Only after three attempts was a return and full refund offered. Fortunately, the matter was eventually resolved and no lasting damage was done.
