    Item advertised as postage in 2-3 days, but it took almost 2 weeks. The seller blames this on Royal Mail, however they didn’t even generate the postage label until a week after purchase. They also gave incorrect information about the tracking and when the item would be delivered. They didn’t accept any responsibility of the delay. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

    AVOID THIS SELLER! Worse seller on ebay, bought on the 29/09 with fast delivery, the seller pretended item was sent, ignored my requests as to where the item was, Royal Mail was still waiting for it, seller then extended delivery time, when questioned further (on the 06/10) they cancelled the order as clearly they had not sent it, or had the item in the first place, which was for a childs birthday in a few days (see the photos of their (when pushed) responses!

    I got mucked about by this seller. They were quick to take my money but nothing arrived. They claimed that it was the fault of royal mail. But despite a tracking number being raised royal mail never received it according to me checking the tracking history. The seller said that they would despatch another one asap but when I asked if the new item had been sent, as I needed it quickly, they said no. I got a full refund, but I expect a better service than this.
