    Excellent item exactly as described assembled and working within an hour had a small problem with the touch screen and after contacting customer support was asked to give it a few days to see if it sorted itself out after 2 weeks of virtually constant use the problem was still there so contacted customer support again and thy dispatched a new screen to me with no problem which arrived a week later from China. Highly recommend the seller and the item. Well done A+++++

Yes it shipped on the day it said it would, but the actual arrival time was 5-7 days later. Still worth it and would order again from here if I was in need of another.

    Seller informed me Item had to be split over two packages due to weight. There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. All that aside, I live in the isle of man and both items did arrive very well packaged with no damage.     All 10 rolls of filament I ordered arrived on time and well packaged. Seems to be good quality and I’ve had a few decent prints so far. All but one spool was plastic, and the only cardboard one was packaged in the outside corner, so took a small hit and got dented, but should still be useable. Would recommend and will most likely order again! Great value with the offer too!
