There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. Came very quickly. Great packaging. No signs of damage. Seller communicated that it would come in two shipments due to the weight. This machine is amazing. Easy and quick to set up. Instructions were very clear. The machine is so fast. These are my first impressions.
