    Really great seller with commitment to great customer service. The item I ordered was dispatched promptly and shown as delivered on the tracking but it must have gone to the wrong house because I never received it. I messaged the seller just to ask them to chase the courier but I was issued with a full refund and a very sincere apology from the seller. I feel bad because the failed delivery was not the sellers fault at all and I never expected a refund. This is a great seller, will use again

    Disappointed that item never delivered, despite Hermes alleging they “delivered to a neighbour” whilst we were in all day. However seller dealt very promptly and pleasantly with the issue and gave an instant refund. So recommend the seller, just not the delivery company they use.
