    I bought 6 IEC cables, but only received 5. I messaged the buyer and agreed to send out the missing cable. However, after a week this never arrived and tracking still shows it in progress. I got a partial refund in the end. The seller was very polite, apologetic and did everything to make things right. I understand these things can happen especially around the busy Christmas period.
