  1998 Hallmark keepsake ornament is in remarkably good condition, looks almost new. Item was carefully packed with bubble wrap and paper within a sturdy cardboard shipping box. Item was shipped quickly via USPS and arrived without any signs of damage. Great job by seller, would definitely buy from again! A++++++!

  Seller shipped this collectible frame in bubble wrap and covered in PLASTIC and not a BOX. The package therefore arrived broken in many aspect with the glass completely shattered. However, they were very quick to respond to me and provided me a full refund. I don’t doubt they’re a great seller considering their prompt customer service but I was highly disappointed by the shipping methods and I hope this won’t happen to others.
