The card catalog box was an excellent deal and will be a beautiful as well as utilitarian storage place for my wife's many hobbies and interests.   Received package in excellent condition due to great packing. Accurate description except for the original owner must have smoked 3 packs of a day for 40 years. Took me 4 days and 4 pints of 91 alcohol, 45 Q tips and two rolls of paper towels to eliminate it. Now to troubleshooting it. Shipping was a little pricey.

  yes, its to be expected, everybody smoked heavily in their homes around the items from that vintage era, some still do to this day and I cannot control that. That is why I state clearly in my descriptions that items may have been smoked around. I agree, shipping IS pricey, but shipping costs are determined by the shipping companies, not ebay sellers.
