    Bottle itself is great, as described, thanks v much, arrived quickly. Seller has fulfilled the order. I’m just finding that this push to Evri has negatively impacted the delivery experience, especially where packing is concerned. Flung in a plastic bag, no packaging materials or care, no environmental concern, the bottle external packaging was damaged slightly. A shame that the Evri/Simple Delivery cost-cutting exercise is adversely affecting service like this.

    Ordered this kettle on the 25th July, still hadn't arrived a week later. Emailed seller twice.NO RESPONSE !! Ebay said i could open a case on the 5th August. Seller said kettle had been posted on the 4th. On the 5th i got an email saying i had been refunded,the seller had been on holiday,& whoever was running things wasn't doing a very good job. Why didn't you shut shop while you was on holiday ? I am leaving negative feedback as the service from this seller is terrible. Wont use seller again.
