The DHL tracking number system had an error and promised delivery day was missed - updated to following day. AO rang proactively and offered a small refund as a gesture of goodwill. Communication was superb - including from the DHL courier on day of delivery with two calls (start of day and when "next"), two man delivery team, item delivered into house (all FREE with AO - Currys wanted £45). Only problem is that there seems to be a disconnect between how EBay shares information with AO as I had no updates on the delivery. They hadn’t received my mobile number despite it being the only number on my EBay, PayPal and AO accounts! I rang AO and they gave me the delivery details and gave my number to the delivery men as we have a hard to find address. Despite this the men found our address. Top service A*
