The DHL tracking number system had an error and promised delivery day was missed - updated to following day. AO rang proactively and offered a small refund as a gesture of goodwill. Communication was superb - including from the DHL courier on day of delivery with two calls (start of day and when "next"), two man delivery team, item delivered into house (all FREE with AO - Currys wanted £45).
