  Item arrived packaged very well. Hooked it up and tested and works perfectly. Absolutely no problems or surprises whatsoever. Shipping was a little behind what I expected but I think that was more FedEx than the seller. Value was a much better price wise than other listings and this package was complete with all cables and software at a better price! Item was better than described and I will buy from again! Top notch seller!!

  The Willow Tree was wrapped very securely in bubble wrap and put into a box where it wasn’t able to move around so it arrived safely and just as described and I was pleased with the price and would be happy to shop with this seller again

  Shipping was as promised. Although eBay sent an email stating item had shipping days before FedEx received the package. Packaging was done with care. Item was as described and fulfilled its purpose. Value was as good.

  Shipped fast but USPS took longer then actual date it was supposed to be delivered. There is some questions on the condition because I can't tell if it was there from the pictures. This was shipped in a bubble mailer which is a no no for something like this so I am disappointed for that. For value I would have to say it was great since it is sealed. Not to seller next time ship in a box. You don't want to have to deal with a buyer mad that their item was damaged. Don't be cheap ship in a box.
