  I can't comment on the 'item description', because The shoe polish never arrived. Seller responded quickly to my complaint, but said the item was 'out of stock' and I was refunded. Managed to buy from a different supplier on eBay, however the whole business of buying such a basic item caused a lot of pfaff and delay.
