    I received the electric awning with led lights i unpacked it to find the remote missing. They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

    Can’t fault the company themselves. Sofa bed was delivered on time. Unfortunately, there was a problem when the sofa bed was being built, they found that one of the bolts wasn’t going in as it should. I was advised to notify this company, and inform them of the fault. They were very understanding, and arranged for the item to be collected on a date of my choice. As soon as they received the item, I was issued a full refund. Lovely company to deal with. No quibbles whatsoever.
