    The Canopy turned up in a torn box, but the delivery driver was sure it was a complete assignment. It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

    The chair is wonderful and well worth the money. Arrived well boxed, easy to assemble and good to go. The only thing I would have liked is to know the actual delivery details - the tracking info just says, for example, “before Saturday”. The delivery man was very polite but he was unable to bring into the house so left it outside as he had other deliveries to make. Could be a problem for someone on their own. All in all though very happy and happy to recommend chair and seller.

Arrived overnight which was a bonus, only marred by outer packaging being slightly damaged & the courier leaving item on full display from the main road despite there being places to hide it from direct sight.     Fast delivery and the cheapest seller of this wonderful wooden sun lounger in great quality and luxurious appearance. I top condition as I can see so far as it came in kit form and I have yet to unpack and put it together. So, I go from what the photos of the posting shows. Delivery was fast and packaging environmentally-friendly, which is always welcomed but I am giving restricted feedback here as I haven't seen the product unpacked as yet.

    I received the electric awning with led lights i unpacked it to find the remote missing. They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
