  The Canopy turned up in a torn box, but the delivery driver was sure it was a complete assignment. It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

  Excellent service from the seller & item exactly as described. Arrived overnight which was a bonus, only marred by outer packaging being slightly damaged & the courier leaving item on full display from the main road despite there being places to hide it from direct sight.   I received the electric awning with led lights i unpacked it to find the remote missing. They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

  Fast delivery and the cheapest seller of this wonderful wooden sun lounger in great quality and luxurious appearance. I top condition as I can see so far as it came in kit form and I have yet to unpack and put it together. So, I go from what the photos of the posting shows. Delivery was fast and packaging environmentally-friendly, which is always welcomed but I am giving restricted feedback here as I haven't seen the product unpacked as yet.

  Great price and great product. I contacted the seller as the parcel comes in 2 separate deliveries (it does tell you this) to check all was OK after receiving the first package and got a great response from the seller. Would definitely use this seller again.
