    I purchased the epilator and waited for it for a week, had to give the seller a nudge! When it arrived, it turned out the box had been opened before and the item was faulty - it didn't charge. What's worse, the box included a previous invoice to a different buyer from a few month before my purchase, which suggests the seller had already sent it to someone else and it had been returned. The seller never replied to any messages, so I had to involve ebay to get a refund. Disappointing! Avoid :(
